We will be featuring a selection of craft beers supplied by Cary’s own Fortnight Brewery.
The range of their UK inspired brews are incredibly versatile, highlighting a fun drinkability that perfectly ushers in the Fall season.

This night will welcome our future king-of-the-kitchen at The Mayton Inn, Chef Jeff! He has paired an exciting assortment of delicious bits to complement each of Fortnight’s unique brews!

It’s an unbelievable menu:

Blonde Ale with pan-seared duck breast, smoked honey glaze, crisped country bread, and micro greens

English Ale with an assortment of local and imported cheeses

Coffee Amber with coffee dry-rubbed pork tenderloin, pickled red cabbage, whole grain mustard on crostini

Porter with beer braised short rib sliders, ash county bacon cheddar, and pickled green tomatoes

ESB with chilled cucumber and avocado soup, fig-glazed shrimp

X-Pat IPA with seafood stew, local andouille sausage, hominy, smoked jalapenos, tomatillos, roasted local tomatoes, black beans, over rice
