Have you purchased tickets for our Oktoberfest beer and small plates pairing yet?
I’d like to take a moment to consider the atmosphere our dining room is able to bring. By day, the walls are a clean mossy green, radiant and reflecting plenty of sunshine. As the sun wanes, the dining room is brought to a totally new, intimate life. It’s warmer. The bands of gold vibrant against the moss colored backdrop. The windows frame trees and all walks of Durham life strolling around East Campus. The mood shifts from elegant business to luxurious harmony.
Not your average Oktoberfest.
We don’t really condone “average” here at The King’s Daughters Inn. We want you to expect the best, receive the best, and have the best time.
Fortnight Brewery should be on your Fall bucket list, and we want to provide that opportunity for you! With incredible pairings alongside each brew to boot, $25 makes for a cheap date night. One can always continue the party in one of our available rooms later on, if one so chooses… haha!
Keep us in mind wrapping up this beautiful September month. We have some tasty plans on deck!
This event is partly in thanks to one of our newest team members, Clay Claycomb. Our team is ever expanding! After having honorably served in the U.S. Army, Clay followed his passion for food and wine. He is a sommelier, a restaurant consultant, and a Food and Beverage Director for over 15 years. His experience stems from 5 star/5 diamond properties that excel  in maintaining the highest level of standards. We are thrilled to welcome Clay, our unstoppable workhorse, to the Mayton Inn team as he gregariously creates the BEST kitchen in Cary, NC! Three cheers for Clay Claycomb!
Happy Wednesday, everyone Thank you for your time:)
