Tickets are $75 per person, which includes a full dinner provided by Happy Cardinal Catering as well as the 5 sparkling wines.

The smoked Paprika is intensified with the sear of the pork, with a lighter fleshed protein. The romesco sauce is a red pepper-almond puree with a sherry accent
